Phoenix Magazine, in the May 2009 issue page 113, highlights 5 of the top Valley nonprofit organizations. Number 3 is Free Arts of Arizona, this nonprofit organization "brings the healing power of the creative arts to abused, homeless, and at-risk children", serving more than 100 group homes, shelters, and residential treatment facilities throughout the Valley. The Center for True Harmony has partnered with Free Arts of Arizona and is hosting a Community Free Arts Day to benefit Free Arts of Arizona.
