What I ate today:
Breakfast: Apple with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Lentils with Okra and Kale
Dinner: Veggie Burgers From Trader Joes (they are wonderful- just veggies in them!), and salad with cucumber
How Do I feel?
Feel Great again! Noting really changing anymore. Still less anxiety, my stomach doesn't feel so full all the time and clear thinking! My body is sore. Must still be releasing toxins. But still feel much better than before I started! Excited for tomorrow!
