What I ate today:
Breakfast: Apple with Peanut Butter, water with lemon
Lunch: Split Pea Soup and carrots
Dinner: Veggie Burger on Whole Grain Bread
Snack: Carrots and Celery
LOTs of Water!
How I felt:
Today was good. My body is adjusting to the change and my lymph seems to have cleared. My anxiety is so much better.
