What Did I Eat Today?
Breakfast: latte, apple and almond and peanut butter
Lunch: small lentil soup with veggies, millet cereal for dessert
Dinner Snack: 2.5 servings of millet cerealL a bit of coffee
Dinner: cucumber salad with avocado and a small bit of onion, olive oil and lemon. ½ apple and almond butter w honey. ½ glass of wine
80 oz of water today
How Do I feel?
Feeling fine, ran a lot today and taught today. Had lots of energy. Ofcourse wanted to just eat nonstop all day againL That's why I had the coffee in the afternoon to stop the eating. Plus I just didn't feel like eating lots of veggies. I'm really looking forward to having some fish or chicken soon! Almost doneJ I know I didn't eat the best today but I didn't cheat too badly. One more day! One more day!
