What I ate today:
Breakfast: almond milk and an apple
Lunch: lentil soup with okra and kale
Dinner: Salad with cucumber, carrots, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic
Snack: another apple
How Do I feel:
I am ready to finish this cleanse. I feel great eating like this, but really would like to add some other healthy items to my menu. It is so great to be able to think and I really hope to be able to continue eating right and feeling good!






when you are doing cleanse you can't consume too much hard foods.........
