"I just wanted to take a moment and recognize how impressed I am with your front office staff. When reading reviews of various offices before choosing an OB, I came across comments that the office staff wasn't always helpful or organized. However, my experience has not reflected that at all! I have been receiving OB care for the last 5 months and have also been in the office twice for massage services. Everytime I have walked through the door or called, all of my questions have been answered and the check-in/out process was seamless. In my visits, I have especially noticed that Nicole appears very on top of things in the office and has been helpful. I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done by the staff that keep the office running smoothly. As a first time father, I wanted to help my partner through her labor and birth, but honestly, what was I really going to do? How was I supposed to coach and support her when I didn't have a clue about labor and birth? I didn't know what to expect. I didn't know what was normal. And, I didn't know what might be cause for alarm. And I don't care how many birth classes or Lamaz classes you take, believe me, they don't prepare you for the real thing.

amazing - I always feel like I am home when I am there. Dr Quance and Tiffany have changed my life so much for the better through accupuncture and massage. You girls have a great thing going there!
